We'll take care of it for you. If you are not in love with your Doyenne Petites purchase online, we'll provide you with a special code (just like store credit) to exchange the item/s.
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we strive to ensure the products we offer are of a quality that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product/s, please refer to our requirements of return below.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- In original condition - unworn, unwashed and free of any stains or smells from cosmetics, makeup, fake tan, perfumes, deodorant or washing powder.
- All returned items must have original labels and all swing tags attached in original packaging.
- Be received within 30 days of purchase date.
- Sale items cannot be returned (excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code).
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Any return requests made outside this period will be denied.
- All return requests must be made via email@example.com. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with details on how to send through items to be returned.
- All returns will be issued a special code (just like store credit) via email, covering the cost of your item excluding any shipping charges. This will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size (exchange).
- We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
- We quality check each item before it is sent. If customers receive incorrect items or receive products with a manufacturing fault/defect they will receive a refund. (Please note at Doyenne petites we undertake strict quality control checks prior to shipment and upon receiving returned items).
- Upon receiving a returned item that does not comply with the return conditions mentioned above, it will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
- Once the items have been received and the conditions for return have been met, a special code will be issued to you via email so you can re-purchase a new item.
- Special codes remain valid for 6 months from the date of the special code email sent out to you. Your special code emailed to you is limited to one use only. We advise you to carefully consider your new purchase before utilising the code.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, we do not refund or credit the cost of your return shipping costs.
- We cannot hold items for exchange while your item is returned.
- Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for your returning item/s, as Doyenne Petites are not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit.
- We will issue you with a special code via email. You can then re-purchase a new item.

- We offer refunds only on items with a manufacturing fault/defect or incorrect items received by customers.
- All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date via firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once we have thoroughly inspected the item and it satisfies as a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item shipped to the customer, we will issue you with a full refund to your bank account you used in the original order.
